Our 1kg powder automatic fire extinguisher is a popular choice for engine compartments, such as boats and large vehicles, as it can be wall mounted and allows you to protect a small area or specific equipment. Activating automatically when temperatures rise to extreme levels, ensures the fire is bought under control early and efficiently even when no one is around.

Providing coverage to cover a 1.6 m² area, the quartzoid bulb breaks at temperatures of 79°C to release the ABC powder. Suitable for most types of fire, including Class A, B, C and electrically started fires, the 1kg automatic extinguisher is CE Marked and UKCA-approved. This wall-mounted automatic extinguisher is perfect for vehicles and engine rooms but is also suitable for storage rooms too.

Supplied with a wall mounting bracket as standard that will securely position your automatic powder extinguisher on the wall, ensure you position the discharge head facing down to be effective. However, you can also add the optional telescopic bracket, which means the automatic extinguisher can be positioned closer to the threat away from the wall, between 72cm and 120cm.
